Returns are at your load, upon receipt of the package we will send you an email to find out if you wish an exchange, a credit note or a refund . Please note that the shipping costs initially paid will not be refunded.

Here is the procedure for returning a product to us:

1. All returns must be made within 14 days

2. Items must be new and unused , and returned in their box and their original packaging , accompanied by the Invoice (or the delivery note).
